Porque cumplir con la Misión requiere, además, desarrollar unas actitudes de profunda escucha mutua y de servicio. Nos gusta conjugar el tú y el nosotros antes que el yo. Para ello debemos desarrollar actividades que promuevan la empatía y el entendimiento mutuo.

Chair of Management by Missions

To further develop this humanistic vision of the company, in 2012 the Jiménez Maña Corporation promoted the Chair of Management by Missions and Corporate Purpose at the International University of Catalonia (UIC).
The Chair was created with the aim of advancing in this new way of understanding organisations, based on people, their motivations, their values and the sense of transcendence of their actions.
